Role Summary/Purpose Completions & Wellbore Intervention (CWI) Asset lead for APAC is responsible to partner with different region inventory lead & manufacturing plant to ensure best in class practice in terms of asset management. Essential Responsibilities Drive asset review across the region to ensure accountability and ownership of the individual sites. Define and drive continuous improvement plan across multiple sites and function. Asset count management – ensure all counts are completed. Ensure reconciliations are done correctly & counts are loaded in ZFAR. Work with teams to ensure post count follow up actions are completed & closed out in a timely manner eTRS management – clean up back log of open eTRS – find supporting documentation, follow up on approvals etc. Ensure all locations are creating eTRS’ for newly sold/scrapped/LIH/LIC/transferred assets Asset utilization – Liaise with Sales/Ops/AMO to ensure all assets that are contractually required are transferred to 1500/1600 SLOC. Identify & transfer excess items to 9999. Asset utilization – assist APAC locations in identifying idle assets from WWI for large projects/tenders. Work with global team to move assets. Ensure consignment DTs & returns are being created to improve asset utilization. Asset Addition forms – help review & approve AAFs before they are submitted to GFA to ensure that they are actioned without delay. Work with GFA to ensure AAFs are processed or accrued by the end of the month. Monitor material usage to ensure all inventory to asset conversions have AAFs created. Drive cross-functional knowledge of asset across Sales & Operations to ensure upfront reusage. Qualifications/Requirements SAP proficiency Proven years’ experience in one or more of project industry, strategy consulting and industrial marketing/strategy Proven years’ experience in finance or material / inventory management Excellent analytics and problem-solving, including ability to form hypotheses and move forward in the absence of complete information Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, simple and crisp messages Positive attitude towards a fast-changing business environment Fluent in written and spoken English Interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues across all businesses/cultures, achieve objectives through effective influencing, and establish credibility with Senior Leaders.
